Delivery area
Percelos currently delivers to eligible addresses within the United Kingdom only. European and international delivery are not yet available. This policy will be updated with applicable delivery charges, timeframes, taxes and customs information before overseas delivery is introduced.
Delivery charges & timeframes
- Standard UK delivery: £4.99
- Estimated delivery time: 3–4 working days
- Order processing time: usually within 1–2 working days
Orders placed during weekends or UK bank holidays will begin processing on the next working day. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees, and delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Order fulfilment
Some Percelos orders may be picked, packed and delivered by our fulfilment partner, Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment. Your purchase remains a transaction with Percelos Ltd, and all order or product enquiries should be directed to Percelos Support at support@percelos.co.uk.
Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and tracking information where available.
Delivery addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error — we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfilment.
Cancelling an order before dispatch
Contact support@percelos.co.uk as soon as possible and include your order number.
Your rights
Under UK distance-selling rules, delivery arrangements, costs and expected delivery times must be clearly communicated. Unless another timeframe is agreed at checkout, goods must ordinarily be delivered within 30 days.
