About the product
What is the Percelos Core?
The Percelos Core is a rechargeable foot and leg stimulation device designed to support everyday comfort and relaxation from home. It combines TENS nerve stimulation with EMS/NMES muscle stimulation and offers 10 modes and 20 intensity levels, allowing you to personalise each session.
What do EMS, NMES and TENS mean?
- EMS — Electrical Muscle Stimulation: uses controlled electrical impulses to activate motor nerves, encouraging muscles to contract and relax.
- NMES — Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation: stimulates the nerves responsible for activating muscles, producing controlled muscular contractions.
- TENS — Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation: delivers gentle electrical impulses through the skin to stimulate sensory nerves and may help alter how discomfort is perceived during use.
Is the Percelos Core a vibrating or kneading massager?
No. The Percelos Core uses electrical stimulation rather than vibration, rollers, kneading or shiatsu massage.
What might I feel during a session?
You may experience tingling, pulsing, tapping or rhythmic muscle tightening in your feet and lower legs. The sensation should be noticeable but comfortable. Begin at the lowest intensity and increase it gradually. Stop using the device if the stimulation becomes painful or causes unexpected discomfort.
How long does a session last?
The Percelos Core has a 30-minute automatic timer. The device switches off automatically at the end of the session. Always follow the instructions and recommended usage guidance provided in the user manual.
Using the device
Should I use the device with bare feet?
Yes. Both bare feet should be placed fully on the contact pads while you are seated. Ensure your feet and the device are clean before use.
Should I stand on the device?
No. The Percelos Core should be used while seated. Do not stand, walk or place your full body weight on the device.
Does the Percelos Core make any noise?
The Percelos Core operates silently because it uses electrical stimulation rather than mechanical vibration or moving massage parts.
Does it require gel, cream, or replacement electrode pads?
No separate gel, cream, or replacement foot pads are required for normal use. Place your bare feet directly onto the integrated contact areas.
How do I control the device?
The device can be operated using its on-device controls or the supplied wireless remote control. The remote requires two AAA batteries, which are included. To turn the device on, you must always press the power button on the device.
How is the device charged?
The Percelos Core contains a rechargeable battery and is charged using the supplied USB-C cable. Follow the charging instructions in the user manual and do not use a damaged cable, connector or charging port.

Troubleshooting
The device will not switch on
- Charge the device using the supplied USB-C cable
- Check that the cable is securely connected
- Try a suitable alternative USB power source
- Check the charging port and cable for visible damage
- Follow the power-button instructions in the user manual
Do not continue using the device if the charging port, cable or device appears damaged.
The display is on, but I cannot feel any stimulation
- Ensure both bare feet are placed fully on the contact areas
- Confirm that an operating mode has been selected
- Begin at the lowest intensity and increase it one level at a time
- Reposition your feet to improve contact
- Make sure the surface of the device is clean and dry
Sensitivity varies between individuals, so a higher or lower intensity may be required to produce a comfortable sensation.
The stimulation feels uneven
Reposition both bare feet so that they are making full and even contact with the pads. Differences in skin contact and sensitivity can make the sensation feel stronger in one foot than the other. Reduce the intensity if the sensation feels uncomfortable.
The remote control is not working
- Check that two AAA batteries are installed
- Confirm that the batteries are inserted with the correct polarity
- Replace the batteries if necessary
- Make sure the device is switched on
- Try operating the device using its on-device controls
The device stops after 30 minutes
This is normal. The Percelos Core includes a 30-minute automatic timer and switches off when the session has finished.
The device is not charging
- Check that the charging cable is securely connected
- Try another compatible USB power source
- Inspect the cable and charging port for damage or debris
- Allow the device sufficient time to charge
Stop using the device and contact Percelos Support if it becomes unusually hot, produces an unusual smell or appears damaged.
